    Execute the company’s Integrated Pest Management practices established for the control of all types of mold, powdery mildew, spider mites, root aphids, fungus gnats, etc.Ensure SOPs are established, approved, and followed in daily processes and that all cultivation related standard operating procedures are followed, including inventory management, security and cleanliness SOPs.Identify, lead, and develop employees to maximize individual, team, and organizational effectiveness to meet company goals Drives improvement in planting techniques and yields.Responsible for training, supervising, motivating, and managing of the grow staff (approximately 5 employees).Provide daily direction and communication to grow technicians to complete daily tasks.Performs all the tasks in the grow cycle, including cloning, transplant, trimming, spraying and IPM, inventory management and facility maintenance. Work along with the director of operations to ensure control system and equipment is programmed and properly functioning. Monitor the propagation and veg room environment to ensure optimal growing conditions.Oversee procedures to maintain a safe, sanitary and compliant environment.

    Responsible for managing all propagation and veg department operations.The Veg Production Manager will work along with the Director of Operations and Flower Production Manager to innovate and improve our cultivation system. It is essential that the highest quality plants are created during the veg process, that they are insect/disease free, uniform in size and created in the correct quantities and timing to ensure peak production. This includes, but is not limited to, propagation, transplant, vegetative, irrigation and fertilization, IPM, maintenance and the collection and reporting of vital data. Job Summary: The Veg Production Manager is responsible for managing all growing operations and employees specific to the propagation and vegetative process.
